Microsoft Project Training Services

Project Server Training for Administrators (3 days) This is a three day functional hands-on class where students learn how to perform a functional configuration and administer Project Server for their organization. This is not a technical administration or DBA class but rather a class on the actual configuration (permissions, tracking choices, view creations, enterprise fields, importing projects, etc.) of Project Server for a specific use within an organization. In this workshop participants complete and document the plans for their own configuration.

Microsoft Project Server Bootcamp (5 days) This is a fast paced, hands-on, intense five-day workshop covering the enterprise aspects of Microsoft Project Professional and Project Server with Windows SharePoint Services. This workshop is designed to give the participant a complete and in-depth touch and feel of what it would take to set up and run a project management enterprise using Microsoft Project Professional and Project Server/Share Point Services. The first three days are on installing and configuring Project Server and Windows SharePoint Services The last two days of the workshop focuses on setting up and using Project Professional and Project Web Access in the enterprise.

Microsoft Web Access Training for Project Managers, Teams, and Stakeholders (4 hours) The focus of this tailored workshop is on the selected features in PWA and how a particular role (Project Manager, Team Member, Resource Manager, Executive, etc.) is performed in the enterprise.

Project Server 2003 Training for Technical Support Professionals (3 days) This is a three day class where students learn how to support and troubleshoot Project Server for their organization. This is a technical administration and troubleshooting course.

Project Server 2003 for Systems Engineers (5 days): Course 2732: Planning, Deploying, and Managing an Enterprise Project Management Solution.
The goal of this five-day, instructor-led course is to provide systems engineers with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively plan, deploy, and manage a Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 solution. This course also serves as preparation for Exam 70-281: Planning, Deploying, and Managing an Enterprise Management Solution
